1. Eat the Right Foods:

You will not know that whatever you eat or beaten, it plays an important role in speeding up your memory power or mood.

Consuming a healthy, balanced diet rich in brain-boosting nutrients such as omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and vitamins can help improve brain function.

If you eat a healthy health food then your body. Your mind will remain healthy and only if your body remains healthy, then your brain works properly.

2. Get Enough Sleep:

Many people work hard day and night to become successful in life and some people give a very less time for sleep that’s why they do not get enough sleep in life.

Which can be a huge problem if you just get enough time and If you do not sleep, then the problem like Tension, headache, stress may occur. so you should take rest for atleast  8 hours daily.

3. Play Brain Games:

Games means not Online Games! No matter how busy you are! Always give a time to play sports. 

Playing games that require cognitive skills such as memory, logic, and problem-solving can help improve brain function.

If you like to play games in free time or if your child likes to play game then you can play outdoor or indoor games like brain games such as Chase, Puzzle or outdoor games like cricket, football, running. The Games in which brain is used more, by playing such games your mind will start working properly and your mind will be sharper.

4. Keep Reading Books:

The more you read books, the more your knowledge will increase. Read books due to which your thinking towards the world will change and your mind will come to know about many new things which you haven’t explore.

 5. Surround Yourself By Good People:

Always surround yourself by the people who support you, help you and motivates you. You should talk to the positive people and stay away from the negative people, 

because of this your mind will focus on the good things so that you will not have stress, headache, depression and your health will be good!

6. Exercise:

Engaging yourself in regular physical exercise can boost cognitive function by increasing blood flow to the brain and promoting the growth of new brain cells.

7. Be Socialize:

Always surround yourself by the people who Encourage you. Engaging in social activities with others can help improve cognitive function by stimulating areas of the brain associated with communication and social interaction. 

8. Meditation:

Practicing meditation for just a few minutes (At least 5 to 15 min) a day can help reduce your stress, improve focus, meatal peace and boost overall brain function.

9. Limit screen time:

An average man spends half of his time in a day on social media apps. 

Reducing the amount of time spent on electronic devices can help reduce distractions, Eyes problems , tiredness and improve cognitive function by allowing the brain to focus on other tasks.

10. Learn something new: 

Whenever possible, Engaging in learning new activities or hobbies such as reading, taking a course, learning guitar , cooking or attending a lecture can challenge your brain and help create new neural pathways.
